Get in Touch

Support starts with a conversation

Following major trauma or serious injury, it can be difficult to know where to turn. Whether you are recovering from injury, supporting a loved one or simply looking for guidance, Recovery & Beyond is here to help people feel informed, supported and connected.

You do not need to know exactly what support you need before getting in touch. Sometimes, a conversation is the best place to start.

Who can get support?

We support…

  • Patients recovering from major trauma or serious injury
  • Families, carers and loved ones affected by injury
  • People at different stages of recovery — from hospital care through rehabilitation, returning home and life beyond injury

Support is shaped around individual circumstances and needs.

How support works

Recovery looks different for everyone.

After getting in touch, we will take time to understand what matters most and help connect people with appropriate practical, emotional and specialist support.

This may include:

  • Welfare benefits and financial support
  • Emergency funding and practical assistance
  • Emotional and family support
  • Recovery and rehabilitation support
  • Housing and independent living support
  • Legal guidance where appropriate

There is no obligation to access any service or organisation. Support is always based on individual needs and informed choice.
